Location: UK & Ireland Travel plus time in Letchworth offices for in-person meetings

As a Sales Executive at Drax Technology, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales through our direct business channel. This role is crucial in ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed our growth targets, and it offers the chance to work closely with a dynamic marketing team to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: You will be tasked with developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive growth within the direct business channel. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and creating tailored approaches to maximize our market share.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers is at the heart of this role. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they continue to see value in partnering with Drax Technology.

  • Negotiation and Contract Management: You will take the lead in negotiating contracts and closing agreements that maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to balance the needs of both the company and the customer will be key to your success.

  • Reporting and Forecasting: Regularly presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team will be a crucial part of your role. Your insights and forecasts will help inform our strategic decisions and ensure we stay on track to meet our goals.

  • Market Analysis: Staying fully aware of emerging markets, shifts in customer needs, and competitive developments is essential. You will collaborate with the marketing team to leverage industry trends and position Drax Technology as a leader in the market.

  • Feedback and Communication: Providing feedback to the company regarding customer needs, the competitive landscape, and market trends will help us refine our products and services. Your input will be invaluable in driving our product development and marketing strategies.
