This competition is run by Drax Technology (“the Promoter”). To enter, participants must submit one guess for the number of toy fire engines in the box on 4th December. The winner will be chosen at random on 8 December and notified between 8th - 12th December.

The prize is one iPad Wi-Fi 128GB (colour subject to stock). Where the winner and their employer operate a multi-site student accommodation portfolio, they may also receive six months of free SafeVue, subject to organisational approval and eligibility. No cash alternative is available. The iPad will be delivered directly to the winner once they provide delivery details. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party suppliers. All manufacturer warranties apply directly with Apple, and the Promoter is not liable for condition, repair, replacement or performance once dispatched.

SafeVue access is provided “as is” and subject to standard service terms. Entrants must be 18+ and work within the student accommodation or property sector. Employees of Drax Technology, SafeVue, Obsequio Group and their families are not eligible. The Promoter may disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries. By entering, participants agree to reasonable publicity unless they object. Personal data will be used only for competition administration and prize fulfilment in accordance with UK GDPR. No purchase is necessary. The Promoter may amend or cancel the competition if required. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
